Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, after it's dispatched you receive the email confirmation of your order. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
FlyLash aims to deliver all products within 5-9 business days with the standard shipping method.
FlyLash aims to deliver all products within 3-7 business days using the express shipping method. If the order arrives later than this, you are entitled to a refund for the additional costs of the express shipping method.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In some rare circumstances, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Flylash is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have not received your order within 15 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@flylash.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Orders may be returned by FlyLash for various reasons, including failed payment, incorrect address, failure to pick up the order at the post office, etc. In the event that an order is canceled (and refunded), the customer will be contacted.
Special additional clearance fees and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
